Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Prado Global, we value our customers and strive to deliver premium handcrafted furniture and design products with utmost care. Since each item is made-to-order and customized, we follow a transparent Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once production begins, cancellations cannot be processed as every item is handcrafted exclusively for you.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard production time for handcrafted furniture: 20–25 days.
  • Delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 working days depending on the destination.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shared at the time of order confirmation or based on bulk order requirements.
  • You will receive an email/WhatsApp notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Since products are custom handcrafted, returns are not accepted except in cases of verified transit damage.
  • Refunds are processed only if the product is irreparably damaged during transit and cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • Minor issues such as polishing, paint chipping, or small fitting adjustments will be resolved through a local technician visit, and additional charges may apply.

4. Reporting Damages

  1. Unboxing must be recorded in a continuous, unedited video from start to finish.
  2. Take clear photos of damaged packaging and product from multiple angles.
  3. Report damages within 24 hours of delivery to info@pradoglobal.com or call +91 9315521459.
  4. Our team will inspect the claim and confirm within 4–5 working days.

5. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 15-20 working days.
  • In case of replacements, a new product will be dispatched at the earliest possible timeline.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.
  • Claims without an unboxing video and valid proof cannot be processed.
